How we Safeguard our Students and their Families.

The Providence School of Music follows the latest CDC guidelines to safeguard our students, teachers and staff.

All of us at the Providence School are fully committed to protecting your health and safety. In accordance with the latest CDC recommendations, our extensive program of sanitizing and safeguards covers three key areas:

1. Safeguards

• We ask all students to wash their hands upon arrival.
• There's plenty of hand sanitizer in all teaching rooms and common areas.
• Please maintain six feet of distance from teachers, staff, and other students. All lesson rooms can accommodate six feet of social distance.
• Complimentary gloves and disposable and reusable face masks are available.
• Transparent curtains in our voice rooms separate and protect the student and teacher.
• All voice teachers wear PPE face shields. Voice students may purchase a reusable shield at our cost of $6.
• If you or anyone in your family is sick, please request a ZOOM lesson.
  

2. Advanced Air Filtration Systems

• HEPA/UVC filters in common areas and lesson rooms reduce airborne allergens, bacteria, and viruses.
• We’ve installed brand new HEPA filters in our Central Air unit.
• We've added an iWave Air Purifier – proven to kill airborne bacteria, viruses and COVID-19 – to our HVAC system.‍‍
  

3. Multiple Cleanings Daily

• Lesson rooms and common areas are cleaned multiple times every day.
• A professional cleaning service deep cleans the school weekly.
